The Winston, the first sparkling cyder in the world to be bottled as an imperial pint. The apples that went into the making of this special sip were picked and pressed in 2018, before being fermented by Head Cyder Maker Paul Ross, and laid down in bottle for two years. The result? A vibrant cyder with a pale straw colour and fine mousse. Candy, brioche and custard apple on the nose, with lychee, mango and crisp apple to taste.
