Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes that are partially dried in the “Appassimento style” before being pressed which produces a greater concentration of colour, aroma, flavour and sugar content. Sweet attack that is super concentrated, full bodied and complex with notes of mocha, coffee, roasted almonds and dried raisins. Delicious!
