Canadian wine production is mainly from Ontario and British Columbia, between them accounting for 95% of all production. Ice wine is made in every wine growing area and Canada produces more Icewine than all the rest of the world combined. They now also make wines from grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot and other familiar names.
