Distilled in Barbados, this expression from Mount Gay was named for the 'double phenomenon' of a total solar eclipse and the passage of Halley's comet in 1910.
The nose is full and rounded with notes of fresh flowers and honey, a little vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate is fruity and well-rounded with notes of banana, vanilla, smoke, toasty oak, spice. The finish is long and spiced with toasty oak.
Whether you enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail, Mount Gay Eclipse is guaranteed to elevate your drinking experience. So, raise a glass and experience a taste of the Barbadian sunshine!
