This Premier Cru shows some similarities with his neighbour in Meursault : the Premier cru Champ Gain. The soil is “classic” for this section of Côte de Beaune : clay and limestone, well drained, very suitable to the Chardonnay grape.
Beautifully balanced Chardonnay. Stone fruit, light floral aromas. Elegance and structure on the palate finishing with a generous lick of acidity.
