From the estate's oldest vines, planted on pebble rich clay-limestone slopes known locally as "caillottes". All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmentally-friendly manner, adapted for each terroir.
This prestige cuvée is fermented and aged around 20 months in oak in the historic cellars of Sancerre. On the nose there are rich aromas of pineapple, pear and vanilla, which are echoed on the palate. Complex and intense. Aromas of acacia, mango and coconut complement a great structure and generous finish.
