Doorly's XO Rum

A fantastic aged rum from the Doorly's range, featuring Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery which has enjoyed a second maturation in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This extra maturation imparts a wealth of fruit, dark chocolate and oaky spices to the rum's flavour profile, making this an excellent choice for sipping neat. On the palate it has fresh flowers, oak, potpourri, cedar, honey, toffee apples. It has a long finish with muscovado sugar and oak-led spices.
